Save Our Pub

A flourishing pub brings life to a community. A place to meet, to drink, to eat and to socialise with friends or as a group with a common interest.

We believe that The White Lion should be run for the local community, by the community. If we don’t take this opportunity to invest in our village pub now, the building may be sold to developers. We would like to know if there is sufficient interest in the village to own the pub as a community business.

You can help to safeguard our Valuable Village Asset for the future.

We are looking for volunteers within the community who would like to be involved with saving our beloved White Lion to:

• Donate their time with labouring
• Give their professional services
• Donate building supplies
• Help source equipment
• Invest financially
